Aluminium extrusion produces an enormous variety of cross-sections. These are the standard profile families we stock and what they are typically used for.

Round Tube

Handrails, furniture legs, pneumatic lines, rollers and frames. Sizes from 6 mm to over 100 mm diameter with various wall thicknesses.

Square Tube

The most versatile structural profile: frames, racks, display systems, machine guards. Clean corners make it easy to join and weld.

Rectangular Tube

Where one axis carries more load: beams, door frames, trailer bodies and stair stringers.

Round Rod

Solid bar for machining: shafts, pins, fittings and CNC-turned parts. 6082 rod machines particularly well.

Flat Bar

Brackets, connector plates, trim, busbars and general fabrication stock.

Angle (L Profile)

Edge protection, shelf supports, framing corners and reinforcement.

U Channel and T Profile

Sliding tracks, panel edging, partitions and structural stiffeners.
